The Ohio Union is a premier facility with 34 meeting and event spaces each offering unique features and amenities. All rooms are equipped with:
Built-in LCD projectors, projection screens, laptop connection, and Blu-Ray disc player
Tables and chairs for flexible room set up with Ohio Union staff on hand to set up rooms
White linens, custom china, glassware, flatware, silver coffee urns, and chafing dishes are included with our catered events provided by Catering 1870

Policies and Procedures
All events held at the Ohio Union are subject to the Ohio Union Building Policies and Procedures, which is an extension of the Ohio Union Event Confirmation. Please refer to the Ohio Union Policies 5.15.13*
Policy on Alcohol: As part of the Ohio State University, the Ohio Union must comply with the university’s policy on alcohol services. In order to have alcohol at your event, the alcohol request form must be turned in no later than 21 days prior to your event.
