Purpose Statement:
The purpose of BSN is to organize, represent, and mentor students preparing for BSN degrees at The Ohio State University; to promote the professional and personal development of skills needed to be responsible and accountable members for involvement of the nursing profession; to prepare students for involvement in professional associations upon graduation; and to advocate for high quality health care. The vision of BSN is to be proud of their pre-professional organization, which is run by students for students while increasing their level of involvement in the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University. BSN is a constituent of the National Student Nurses Association and all members have the opportunity to attend a state convention and two national conventions each academic year.
